I'm a Zenith shareholder as well so either way is good in my situation but it may have a negative effect for others.

Just so others have an understanding of what we are talking about, if the sale of the IP attracted this royalty scheme and the purchase price was $4 billion, Zenith may be entitled to about $450 million or about $3 per fully diluted share.
