Hmmm......based on what I’m getting from the replies to my query I’m don’t think that you can directly relate or tie Zenith’s right to royalty payments to a sale of RVX as a company.  If I were to buy RVX (which may be possible if the SP goes much lower:)) then presumably Zenith would still have the same royalty rights on any future revenues my new company generates.....and which are by no means guaranteed btw.

Iconoclast may have it right in that a buyer of RVX would probably want to take Zenith out in a separate transaction.  Zenith then gets its money up front without the risk of any future revenue uncertainty.
