Any firm offer to buy out RVX is a material development and the board has an obligation to declare it to investors.  Of course, they can always claim it is too low ("we do not recommend blah blah...") and effectively sabotage it.  But declare it they must. 

I came up with $3 billion because it has been bandied about by Fouremm as the low end of the range, based on his chat with Don McCaffrey at the recent AGM.
