In case you don't have access to the full text of the publication (not just the abstract), the paper states "Assessment (MoCA) test (44) is performed in participants at least 70 years old at randomization, and again at 52 weeks, 100 weeks, and end of study."
Bear
1) what does the (44) in the above represent?
2) As in the below, do we know the total number of patients that took part in the MoCA trial and how many of which score <25?
"In patients at least 70 years of age the MoCA is administrated at randomization, yearly, and at termination of the trial."
"Additionally, a subgroup of patients with MoCA score ≤25 will be analyzed separately."
3) In the executive Summary (1), what does the "0.65-1.04" represent? .... "Executive Summary (1)•Very Encouraging Cardiovascular Disease Efficacy Results–Narrow Miss on Primary: 18% HazardReduction(95% CI; 0.65-1.04) p=0.11"
