hummmm,,,,,it seems purdy clear to me ,,,albeit I just had a little fat one,,,,,that kidney disease is well known to be connected to cognitive impairment,,,dementia,,and alzhiemers,,,,,especially later stages of the disease,,,,,,there are a number of articles on the inet describing such,,,it is very possible those patients in the 208 arm with advanced CKD will show cognitive improvement,,,,,,and I still have my fingers crossed our research will show down regulation of inflammation is the tie that binds all our positive data,,,,,it just seems to be plausible where the driving forces around disease is again said to be mutiphased,,,, jmo
