Maybe a way to raise $20M for some reason or other.  Note that the warrants specified currently aren't listed on any exchange.  Who holds them?  HL and/or KD?  I would describe them as insiders. Employees?  They would be insiders too, wouldn't they? 

If a sale of RVX is imminent, maybe better to have true shares than having outstanding warrants?
