Icono ... good points. I tend to agree, various pressures and uncertainties may well hold this RVX stock pps down, even with positive Cognitive. We've already established some enticing clinical benefits and market opportunities for "someday" and "worthy of more study" but "not ready for patients yet" ..... 

Not counting on it, but the FDA letter "could" change that, depending on the content obviously. A "break-through" filing acceptance is about as good as passing TLD, almost. Maybe not, but it definitely says the FDA is on board, giddy up? More P3's aren't the end of the world, but certainly not what anybody wants to hear for time, and grinding out financial uncertainty.

So .... therefore .... imho .... itt's all about the FDA letter, and eventually a "deal" being announced "someday" ..... the rest of the market flutuations are "noise" unless you are actively trading daily.

I just think we will all be hand-wringing the pps, the market, RVX IR, and whatever else like usual ... until we all wake up one morning and trading has been halted, PR at 8 a.m., tune in for a webcast ....
