Message: Warrants conversion!

golf...

I own enough common shares as it is. To put more money up to convert my warrants ( if that is even possible), I'm not prepared to take that additional gamble. That would be gambling and not investing, notwithstanding that the stock market, no matter how one looks at it, is a gamble in and of itself.

Let's not forget most if not all of us figured that BOM will pass with flying colors ending up an SPP of $30+. Therefore, the exercise price of warrants ( $2.05 & $4.60) was somewhat negligible as we also said we can actually trade the warrants without the conversion. I had not planned on exercising any warrants unless they were in the money. A $1.33 exercise price does not put them in the money at the present time. At least this is the way I see it. But if I was in a position to convert warrants, I would agree with you that the "A" warrants would be my only choice.

IMO....Koo
