Nasdaq listing could cost up to or over $1M / year to manage, maintain.
All depends upon ability to do US promotion - need a budget for that too.
I'd say if we're looking at a shorter term window (next 1-12 months) for a substantial turn, it's probably not worth it at this point.
One the other co's I follow just delisted themselves voluntarily because, imho, they couldn't do the US promotion it would have needed and had lacklustre success in moving things. RVX is different, hotter space, but still, until they can really make a go on their own (and I'd rather see them partner up or be bought out), I think it may be too late.
