I do hope I am wrong but I have been around since 2008 and I dont know how many trials I have seen and heard the same thing stated more then once. We are never going to get FDA to approve anything  because we are a Canadian Cpmpany and they all come from BP at the FDA. They didnt even want to approve the Betonmace trial and only approved it after we went ahead in Europe and a year or more into it.  I have to say if Don pulls this off he should be up for CEO of the year.
