I don't buy that excuse for one second. They have one drug in clinical development. They have one primary clinical trial, which has been completed and database locked for ~3 months now. This drug and this trial, and the timely and complete communication of its results means everything right now. They might be small, but they are not that small. It does not take many people, much time, or much effort to put out a news release on key results. They do not get a pass on this, IMO.
