From reading the board, it seems there is some (hah!) anxiety about funding going forward.  Does someone have a solid picture of the company's current finances?  If the warrants are NOT exercised (or are exercised, but only partially) do we have a reasonable financing alternative?

In some ways, those of us (all of us?) hoping for a strong buyout bid are benefited by a little financial pressure on DM and the board.  Of course, we do not want it to get too bleak and have a panic sale or go silently into that quiet night... I'm guessing BPs are pretty good at smelling blood in the water.  Need at least enough money to convince BPs we're not desperate, and won't be scooped up for scrap at a not-so-distant date.

Thoughts?
