Tada,  Jardiance is manufactured and  co produced by Eli Lily and Boehringer Ingelheim, If I am not mistaken I believe one of the  European asset management shareholders in RVX has a family connection to Boehringer Ingelheim, i foregt who exactly . Plus the connection fron NGN biotech  and Peter Johann who was on the RVX board and worked for BI,  They would definately have an interest in a partnership/buyout of RVX, as they already have the inside scoop,   Although I don't thnk Pfizer or a few other BP  would want to lose the opportunity to gain a foot hold on RVX' future potential  IMHO
