I know i don't know anything ... but

if Biogen thinks they have even a "wing and a prayer" for approval based on a failing P3 tthat was HALTED ... only to be resurrectted from the dead after post-hoc "re-analysis" in a study that was NOT completed ... then why can't we "dream a little dream" about at the least a break-through fast-track toward NDA given the "narrow" miss, exemplary data in a few areas, unmet need, safety profile, and new FDA philosophy/mentality?!

I think we have a "puncher's chance" ... at the least. 

But, I am not surprised in the least by anything these days.
