I agree and I have recently purchased more shares at $1.21 primarily because I believe they are worth a higher price which I hope will be seen soon with word of a deal coming out.

I am comfortable buying shares at today's prices; but I will not purchase warrants (nor will I sell any of the ones I own).

I believe the current share prices are lower than even the going out of business value of the patents and intellectual property which the company has.

I also believe the company will be successful in raising funds and finding a Pharmaceutical who will cooperate with them.

If however they are not successful then I see the warrants as being a bigger gamble than I wish to take on more of and will not buy any more at the ask prices. Conversely I am unwilling to sell any warrants at the bid prices. In general if the compny is not successful at raising funds I believe it will be a few years and I see the lifespan of the warrants being too short to invest in them.
