Agree Paladin ... for the reasons you illuminated, the RVX pps is highly atttractive (to me), even if I have to look at it as a buy and hold for 5 years. It's hard for me to imagine that the "fire sale" or meltdown value is worth less than what you stated ($800m) ... to somebody ... in a competirive scenario for IP, goodwill, and epi-genetics leadership. 

There is always the risk of closing the doors, but there are still some heavy hitters that could make a lot of money even at a future valuation of $3 pps in a fire sale ... tthat is, if you believe the science is truly valuable and promising someday ... jmho's and speculations though.
