The funding is there...management however has done it the worst possible way.  

Put a target of $1.33, give them one whole month to relax...and obviously the warrant owners will wait.  So will potential buyers of the shares. 

i think we head to $1, after which Don probably reprices the conversion at a new price.  Then we bounce from there. 

These guys get an A+ for their science and an F for everything else.
