As I said, RVX gets an F for finance etc.
This deal was dead on arrival. They need to adjust to a new reality.
And yes, despite Don's tall claims, RVX is desperate. To go from $1.07 to $1.33 is not happening, without change.
If RVX needs to raise capital, they will have to pay up. And frankly, there is not much difference between $1.33 and $1 when you are talking of 12 million shares, as far as dilution is concerned.
So what they will most likely end up doing, is giving these lottery ticket holders an even bigger lottery ticket. Whether that new price is $1 or $0.80 or $0.40, I don't know.
Until they raise at least $5 million, the share price will keep sinking.
