...regarding the announcement of the participation in warrant incencentive?  Will they just quietly go about their business, or are they required to make a news release?  I think I remember a lot of double speak from IR about how they would disclose "all material changes" without actually saying that the participation rate was a required-to-be-announced material change.  Yes?
