My observation meant no disrespect to Dr. Smith who I am sure served the board well in the years leading up to topline.  Nevertheless, Mr. To brings a different kind of experience, not to mention the financial connections, that I believe is more relevant to RVX at this time.  My guess is that Dr. Smith offered to step down in favor of ORI's right to place a representative on the board.  Like Prince Phillip, he probably felt that he'd done his bit.
