I never suggested the sky is falling, not even close.  I merely offered up the view that I don't believe there has been any uptake in the warrant incentive plan.  As has been noted by many others including myself, we've been at points like this many times before and a rabbitt has always been found at the bottom of a hat somewhere...a best efforts share offering, convertible debentures, a loan or an extension....

The only way one might think the sky is falling is if one believes that the warrant incentive plan was the only way the company could survive, I do not believe that to be the case.
