I did not say the RVX.WT $2.05 warrants will expire worthless.
I said "if the $2.05 warrnts were to expire worthless"....
I'm speculating what would happen in a hypothetical scenario. You could equate it with postulating what would happen "if" Hillary Clinton all of a sudden decided to enter the Democratic Primaries...the chances of that happening are slim and none, but
The reason I asked the question was because, in the wake of the TL failure the price for both the $2.05 and $4.60 warrants collapsed...which is perfectly logical. What wasn't logical in my mind was that the $4.60 warrants were trading at about the same price or at times even higher than the $2.05 warrants.
If RVX is trading at $1.20 then the PPS has to climb over 85 cents for the RVX.WT warrants to fall in the money. For the RVX.WT.A warrants with a $4.60 conversion the PPS for RVX has to climb more than $3.40 from $1.20 to fall in the money.
As such it didn't make sense to me why the RVX.WT.A warrants would be trading equal or higher than the RVX.WT warrants. The one difference between the two (aside from the conversion price) is that the $4.60 warrants expire 2 years later than the $2.05 warrants, June 2021 for the WT warrants and June 2023 for the WT.A class.
My point is that if the $2.05 warrants aren't going to be in the money by June of 2021....then I doubt Resverlogix will even be around in any case. FWIW I do think they'll be around that long...and seeing the $2.05 warrants now trading up at .55 with an ask of .70 as compared to the WT.A with a bid and ask of .28/.45....I see this as being far more logical
