2. Safety profile ... check

3. Stellar early data pointing to vast potential oppoortunity in areas of unmet need ... check

4. No "real" epi-genetics competition on the immediate and near term horizon ... check

5. IP & Pipeline for future further R&D ... check

6. A more relaxed FDA environment for unmet need ... check

7. Competition among BP's for maintianing current markets, and controlling future markets ... check 

8. Clear path to commercialization? ... waiting, talk is cheap

I still think regulatory disposition sometime this spring is a huge key for present & future valuation, and deal making ...
