All we know at this stage is that Resverlogix stated an intention to file for Breakthrough status....I don't think we can defnitively say that the FDA or EMA actually accepted such a filing however.  

I recall in years past there was talk of an application for an orphan disease indication, and how such a filing...if successful, how it would result in a coupon of some sort that could be monetized, I remember Don saying something about being able to sell the coupon, or words to that effect.  Of course it more or less just faded to black and I don't think we ever heard anything more on it.
