Earlier on we saw much legit concern about the exercise of the warrants -- and what was keeping the share price afloat and why no news... In restrospect, could it be that RVX had already anticipated today's announcement with high confidence.  Do we know if the warrants have / have not been exercised. 

I will say yes, but in retrospect, perhaps we can anticipate that RVX already knows pretty clearly what option(s) it has ahead of itself re: upcoming partnership or potential takeout. 

So we should look at this news as "a few weeks" or couple of months "old" from the point of view of RVX move-making.  Something has to be close to being their next move, and I expect we should hear about it sooner than later.  Could be wrong -- this could be the classic "hail mary" situation (like -- "whoa, stop backing up that truck for the pawn shop..." lol).  But I am inclined to believe the chess moves are in place and just some serious DD, negotiations going on.
