Short interest was reported at over 990K for trades settled up to Oct 31st 2019.  So with this latest update putting the number down to ~357K that means shorts have covered off over 600K in the past 3 months.  

I would argue that those behind the short interest, that they can thank their lucky stars for Resverlogix's failure to 'convicingly settle' this balance sheet issue, allowing them to cover off so many shares in such a short period of time at such low prices.  To borrow from Churchill, never have so many shares been covered in so short a time with a company that seems to have so little money.
