I'm a little surprised that you haven't been keeping track of what management has said regarding this. In your 2018 post you stated that you caught up with mgmt and in regards to the eGFR data, they said “looks stunning, seeing amazing increases, unheard of”. 

What's changed that you've gone from a position of meeting with management (and taking quite detailed notes of the encounter) to now not keeping track of what mgmt has said? If you don't mind me asking, how did you arrange the prior meeting with management?
