In my view, it’s not impossible that the FDA will approve ABL for prevention of the 3 pnt MACE incl CHF, with a specific cautionary statement on the bottle that there is no evidence for reduction of stroke.
It would seem to make sense, but it is only speculation on my part. We can only hope.
