Cancundude, what DM said in mid-November was to the effect that there are no other current embargoes in place after CTAD. The abstract submission deadline for the NKF 2020 conference came after AHA/mid-November. So a new embargo likely came into effect AFTER DM made that statement. Therefore, there is no contradiction.
