As soon as we get the big return on RVX we deserve, the sooner we can plough some of it into other promising biotech companies that will produce future drugs, gene therapies, etc. Embargoes are used so congress organisers can fill seats. The ethics are very debatable imo, as keeping the lid on data can slow progress.
The congress organisers need to find a way around this problem.
