The RVX.WT warrants traded today at 74 cents (thank you to whomever sold them to me), but we'll call it 75 cents to keep the math simple. If the PPS makes it to $5 they'll be in the money to the tune of $2.95 for a gain of $2.20 or about 293%
Don't forget to calculate the RORs on a dollar for dollar invested comparison basis; for example say, $10,000 can buy you 7,692 RVX shares at $1.30, or, the $10,000 can buy you 13,333 warrants at $0.75. With the warrants you have 73% more units on which you rack up the per/unit profit you derived. Here's how I do the math:
7,692 RVX times $5 SP = $38,460 - $10,000 = $28,460 gain, divide by $10,000 = 284% gain
vs
13,333 RVX.WT times $2.95 ($5 SP - $2.05 strike) = $39,332 gain, divide by $10,000 = 393% gain
