First saw it around $1.21, then it moved to $1.32 now as I type this its $1.38 with bid/ask both being the same.

I just showed this video to someone yesterday.  Cramer talking about the manipulative games that can be employed by the big boy hedgie types.  Right off the top he talks about how you can push the futures higher pre-market and then bring it down once the trading starts to foment a negative impression.  We'll see if that's the game today maybe:
