5Is BP interested?

HL and ECL will not walk away.  Too much invested and too close to finish line.  As we expect, next week data is released for CKD.  Expect both HL and ECL to push BOD to sell to BP.  Problem with capital markets going south, does BP have the nerve to step up.  They too are facing capital issues.  Problem with partnership, BP and VC's will want a 50% interest.  Big dilution for shareholders. Will be easier to sell if FDA issues second BTD for 208.  End of March we will know.  My guess, BOD have plans in place or they should.  Current world problem may delay those plans.
