There seems to be a contradiction in what you are saying.

On one hand, you seem to suggest that all the discussions right now are about detailed partnership discussions.  And that there is talk about a low ball bid (US$6 from your earlier posts).

On the other hand, you seem to suggest that there are more than 1 interested BP buyers, so you are not worried about a low ball bid.

I think you are unsure of what is really going on.  The partnership is what Don has been saying all along, so that is a base case to begin with, and nothing new there.  A buyout is the new option you have introduced, but then is it a low ball US$6 offer or are there multiple potential buyers?

Also, you may want to enlighten us on your sources of information.  That US$6 is too specific to be randomly thought about.
