Of course the article authors know about RVX-208 (apabetalone)! They talk about it in their paper!!! It's open access so all can check it out. The NYT article didn't mention apabetalone, but the BioRxiv publication was all over the BET bromodomain biology including various BET inhibitors including apabetalone. So no worries! The authors probably knew about apabetalone's potential connection to coronavirus biology way before we did!
