Your last communication with me indicated that you "expected" to provide an update on all near term events, including the late-breaker at NKF which was disclosed on NKF's website. Resverlogix had a time slot this coming Thursday afternoon as I'm sure you're aware.

The information disclosed on the NKF website has now changed, and Resverlogix no longer appears on the agenda.  Given that this is already publicly available information any comments you could provide would be appreciated.  Can you confirm that Resverlogix is no longer presenting at NKF and if that's the case can you explain why?

Good morning Gordon,

After careful consideration of a number of factors, including presenter schedules, new format etc., the Company and presenters have decided to pull out of the NKF late-breaker until such time the format is more suited for the presentation of our sensitive data.
