I think we are at the "Never Cry Wolf" stage.  Even if Don waved a brown envelope in front of a crowd, do you actually think there would be a surge in price.  Or even if somebody got a wif of drying ink...99% of us would firmly push our tongue against our cheek.  

My thoughts:

Low volume, no radical change in price:  I would say we are currently sitting at....status quo...
