I agree, 40-50mil sounds great & a good start but  I'd like to see 100 to 150'mil tho ...no more money issues or concerns of such moving foward - maybe it comes in phases as the trial(s) progress but let's take all money concerns off the table if we end up with a partner. 

maybe a partner takes those concerns away but I'd to see it on paper(that we're covered $) from start to finish before trials begin
