I agree that is the most probable option. Prof Ray and MD&A have to be politically correct and it is the prudent thing to say.

But, as DM stated in his October 31st presentation as longshot but possible, before BTD, before new written FDA guidelines and before January 13th NR, I want to hear that NDA right now is the way. I want to hear that every move was made, that no rocks were left unturned and that DM foughtlike hell to deliver a NDA right now.

We're biased obivously, but there are little downsides and enough evidence to approve apabetalone. New FDA standards fit in exactly in that type of situation.
