I could, but others have discussed this in depth already. I will politely decline from re-writing these possibilities from memory and I will pass on trying to dig up those posts. I will simply say there are numerous possibilities, we have little info to narrow them down, and much of this is out of our control. I'm not happy about it but nothing I can do about it.
