tele, if there is no new news, discloser rules apply quarterly.  You must own more shares than DM.  You should run for the RVX Board.  Then you would have all the answers.  How many employees at RVX are required to stay home?  Like you state, world is in crisis, this is also true for RVX employees and all businesses, big and small.  If RVX discloses plans, BP knows how to bargain, bad for RVX shareholders.  Shareholders are never advised during discussions.  Shareholders are only informed when final vote is required.  We are not that important!
