Last Fall at AGM, Shawn Lu was CFO of Hepalink USA Inc. and was HL nominee to Board. At that time, he did not own any common shares of RVX. When brought up on this board a few weeks ago, it wasn't for lack of interest that I didn't discuss it, rather that I couldn't figure out what the reason was. I think we have to assume that he is still on the Board or we probably should have been notified by now of a Board change. That is very material!
