Many retail holders (myself included) are fed up. Tomorrow is the end of Fiscal Year 2020. Some investors are moving on. Given some of the uncertainty surrounding the company's financial position, and detailed plans for future trials, I suspect that some folks have elected to clear the decks and exit.
A couple of things though: (1) there will be a BoD meeting in the near future to discuss the past year, and make plans for the coming year. I hope and pray that this will not be a "rubber stamp" meeting...wishing for the Board to take a very directive approach to move the company forward...new management?? new Board?? does a $130 (USD) market cap company need an IR department/business development officer, where can we keep our costs under control? (2) Just about every stock option ever awarded is well underwater. Just about every warrant purchase option is well underwater....i.e. nowhere close to being exercisable. I wonder if the sinking year-end share price will be used to award a whole new slate of options or warrants with a new low, low floor price.
Time for everyone to come up with some honest answers to some tough questions.
