I also think this is relevant - I have seen a number of articles describing various aspects of heart problems in the context of Covid-19, this observation just adds to a growing list. It is also interesting to note that the incidence of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests has increased in the hardest hit areas of Italy, as reported in NEJM:

A drug that has and anti-inflammatory, anti-clotting effect appears to be needed for treating the consequences of Covid-19. Apabetalone seems to fit that description.
