One of my over arching themes for a long time, based on what we see from mgt is that they care not about the little people retail investors ... mostly concerned with the big fish that can keep the lights on, and that they rely on for voting ... and of course the "big" deal out there "somewhere" ... has seemed quite clear to me for a while it is all about getting to market or sold, the little individual investors don't represent enough cash to make a huge difference relative to the work that goes into keeping them informed and happy, and they are also not reliant on retail votes for deal and decision making ... it's ALL ABOUT the big fish investors and getting to a deal. We're along for the ride.

I'm not approving this mentality, just commenting on what I see and surmise.
