Hi Barsax, I love your posts but I disagree with the first 3.

1- I dont think we're going only Phase 3, I would see a partnership and something else. (I'm thinking phase IVish like Golf just said)

2- No financing at this price, makes no sense, it would have been done way before, if it was the plan.

3- ORI wont convert before expiration or liquidity event.

4- Maybe thats why I disagree :P
