Agreed Toinv and thanks RVXOldtimer. I also still have my Zenith shares and happy to have them. I've tried my best to exert a positive influence over the years but i honestly believe at this juncture what we say makes little difference. No way the share price is going to make any difference to future outcomes now. It is too low to act as a source of funding - the dilution is prohibitive to all involved. DM has tried his best to pump the share price higher but he just hasn't got a strong hand after another trial that missed its primary end point. They have done so well to get BTD and I applaud them for that. But the fact is that BoM was an underpowered but still costly trial. Quite reasonable to believe that a BP won't want to make that mistake a second time. So my speculation (and i say that very intentionally because it is pure speculation on my part) is that this is possibly one of the bigger conflicts that RVX and BP need to resolve - namely RVX is interested in keeping the follow on trial as small and and cheap as possible and BP might be more incentivised to err on the side of statistical caution and make it longer and with bigger population sizes and therefore more expensive, which would obviously lead to the logic of RVX relinquishing more of the future upside.  Anyway just my 2p worth. I don't mean to slight anyone on this board. I think it's important to analyse the downside risks. There is still the scenario where DM pulls a rabbit out of the hat and convinces a BP to write a big cheque that 100% funds a new trial, that pays off the debt and unemcumbers the IP, that fills RVX's coffers with 5 years of operational budget, perhaps even allowing it to progress some other trials,  and gives RVX a big juicy royalty or share of future profits. But there are also other plausible scenarios that don't result in a good outcome for retail shareholders. Anyway, as I said, my analysis is this is now more than ever a binary investment which in the hands of God and BP. It's a deal or game over. Game over just isn't an option so it's all about the deal. And I think most of us agree that DM probably has the weakest hand at the table added to which all the other players can see his hand. My only hope is he's got a good card up his sleeve and the others had to leave their guns outside lol!
