Koo ... yeah, sounds like a development partnership ... but to what point and end game?

Can't imagine a BP partnering deal that wouldn't have purchasing goals, triggers, and pps points built into the "partnering" deal? Or at the very least, having specific committed commercial manufacturing & distribution rights if RVX wants to stay sovereign?

The long term goals would have to include adding apabetalone to your portfolio for new revenue, protecting existing revenue that is vulnerable to emerging high competition or short patent life, and also keeping it away from your competition. Not to mention leadership in the next potential era of medicine?

I would expect there to be purchasing/commercial rights, and a future deal structure in place, whether that part is disclosed initially or not! ... BP ain't helping to bring apabetalone to market strictly for the health and welfare of mankind, and not for the benefit of their competition neither! :)
