Is it jsut me or does it seem like we are always waiting on something - geeezzzzzz.. 

It's not unique to this company.  I have a jr copper play that got the equivalent to a BTD status some 7 years ago with the signing of a joint venture with Canada's premier mining giant Teck Resources.   Only 1 in 10,000 deposit discoveries becomes a mine so it was like winning the lottery ticket so-to-speak....yet 7 years later we are still waiting and waiting on a mine build sanction.  The junior's stock has drifted down 95% while waiting and hasn't shown a pulse in 7 years.  

The main difference here is that we are more or less in control of our fate and have the proof our product is valuable and peoples' lives are at stake, so there is presumably a greater sense of urgency to get to commercialization.
