& even if get one partner who kicks in a 100million, what inpact will that really have on the share price knowing full well we are still 3 full years out from that final outcome??

Not much IMO, maybe jump into the $2 range. IMO we need more than one deal or if its just one partner we need one that allows us to proceed on multiple fronts otherwise...... were not going to move up much at all. Sell it all, hand it off to the people with real resourses & know how & stop the bleeding.
